    Fernando Garcia

    Fernando began his career in Mexico City as a barback at La Xampa by Grupo Patanegra. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Head Bartender at Pata Negra Cuauhtémoc, placing the bar in Condesa’s Top 10. Seeking new markets, he moved to Los Cabos to join NAO’s opening team, developing a refined, minimalist cocktail style and becoming one of the area’s top bartenders.

    After two years, he joined Handshake Speakeasy in CDMX, part of the team ranked World’s Best Bar. He now returns to NAO as Front of House Manager, working with Chefs Arturo and Branch.

    Alex Branch

    Chef Branch began his professional career in Mexico City, working under renowned and celebrated Chef Mónica Patiño. He then joined the culinary team at the Capella Pedregal Resort (now the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos) for the opening of hotels in Cabo San Lucas, B.C. The ”Capella Hotel” brand, owned by Horst Schulze (co-founder of Ritz-Carlton hotels).

    Branch has a deep understanding of the Los Cabos culinary scene, having joined Grupo Hakkasan from Manta by Enrique Olvera at The Cape, A Thompson Hotel. Previously, Branch was the Executive Sous Chef at One and Only Palmilla.

    Arturo Sacramento

    Chef Arturo Sacramento, from the State of Mexico, is a second-generation chef inspired by his father. He began in restaurants like El Portón and Toks, later moving to high-end kitchens such as El Balcón del Zócalo and Le Méridien. He joined the opening teams at Grand Velas Los Cabos and Herringbone (Hakkasan Group), where he met Chef Branch. They've since worked together on projects like ACRE. Arturo is now Head Chef at NAO and explores his creativity through painting and sculpture in his free time.
