Chef Alex Branch began his professional career in Mexico City, working under renowned and celebrated Chef Mónica Patiño. He then joined the culinary team at the Capella Pedregal Resort (now the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos) for the opening of hotels in Cabo San Lucas, B.C. The ”Capella Hotel” brand, owned by Horst Schulze (co-founder of Ritz-Carlton hotels).

Branch has a deep understanding of the Los Cabos culinary scene, having joined Grupo Hakkasan from Manta by Enrique Olvera at The Cape, A Thompson Hotel. Previously, Branch was the Executive Sous Chef at One and Only Palmilla.
